1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Dreamer mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dreamer ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Dreamer is a mobile application that simulates sales and payment notifications from various e-commerce and payment platforms including, but not limited to, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, and Gumroad. The App is designed for entertainment, motivation, and visualization purposes only.

Important: All notifications generated by Dreamer are simulated and do not represent actual transactions, sales, or payments. The App does not connect to any real e-commerce platforms, payment processors, or financial institutions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App to deceive, defraud, or mislead others into believing simulated notifications are real
  • Use screenshots or recordings of the App for fraudulent purposes
  • Represent simulated notifications as proof of actual income, sales, or business performance
  • Use the App in connection with any illegal activities or schemes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dreamer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Gumroad, and other platform names and logos mentioned in the App are trademarks of their respective owners. Dreamer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. The use of these names is solely for the purpose of identifying the type of notification being simulated.

6. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

Prices for in-app purchases are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any charges incurred through unauthorized use of your Apple ID.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DREAMER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dreamer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dreamer regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
